Today's industrial automation components heavily rely on overvoltage protection. A well-designed system should prevent manufacturing equipment from sending harmful voltage spikes to sensitive electronics. There are many sources of potential overvoltage conditions that industrial systems can experience. These sources can be weather related (i.e. lightning strikes) or related to an intermittent equipment load. The systems designed to mitigate the effects of overvoltage conditions can be very costly. The proprietary overvoltage protection we integrate within our VFD products address the overvoltage protection needs of the systems. Our products are designed to keep the overload conditions within the bounds without the need of additional devices, and to provide protection to our products. The design strategy of our products enables the retrieval automation to control equipment within most, if not all, of the NFPA 70E standards for occupational exposure to electrical equipment. Most of all, the products developed by our organization depend on the design and engineering of the systems that have utilized our products to design and manufacture energy efficient and rapid systems.
