Recently, we helped a customer from Thailand solve a small but tricky problem during installation.
His water pump was single-phase, with only two wires. But our G100 inverter is normally designed for single-phase input and three-phase output, which means the standard wiring is U-V-W.
At first, the customer wasn’t sure how to connect it, and the pump couldn’t start properly.
So we got on a remote video call and checked every step of the wiring together.

Very quickly, we found the key point:
Since the pump only had two wires, it should be connected to U and W.
Then we guided him to turn off the output phase-loss protection in the parameters.
Once these two steps were done, the pump started running smoothly — and the customer even sent us a video of the water flowing perfectly.
For us, this case was more than just fixing a wiring issue.
It showed that the G100 is flexible, easy to set up, and can even drive single-phase pumps with the right configuration. And most importantly, it showed how working closely with our customers always leads to the right solution.
